Welcome to Third Stream Music & Design's brand new facility. The move was made to a custom built and studio-minded commercial space to better serve artists in the Mid-Atlantic region. Third Stream's new facility features over 9000 square feet of studio space complete with a floating foundation drum room, amp rooms and vocal iso booths, state-of-the-art control room and waiting lounge. The facility is conveniently located directly off I-95 on US 1 and is NOW OPERATIONAL.

Third Stream Music & Design specializes in projects rates. This means we custom quote and tailor each estimate to the needs and budget of each client individually. This enables us to focus 100% on the music and gets you, the client, the attention your art deserves.
